🇵🇱Mówi się, że podróże tworzą tak naprawdę ludzie. I z taką myślą wyjechaliśmy właśnie na Bike Jamboree. Z chęcią podjeżdżamy do Kazachów, a oni odwdzięczają się ciekawością oraz… chęcią robienia zdjęć! Musimy stworzyć osobny licznik fotograficzny, bo chyba stuknie na nim podobna liczba jak do naszych przejechanych kilometrów 😄 Drugiego dnia mieliśmy przyjemność spać u właścicielki jednego z magazinów (sklepu). Było to nasze pierwsze spotkanie z typowym, domowym kazaskim jedzeniem oraz opowieściami o kraju. Wieczór upłynął nam wyśmienicie! Nasze miseczki z czaj nawet przez chwile nie były puste, a my podziwialiśmy rytuał związany z nalewaniem herbaty. U nas w Polsce jest to taka krótka czynność nad którą się nie zastanawiamy, tutaj jest jednak inaczej. Nabierane łyżką mleko zakrywa dno miseczki, zaś później dołącza do niego przelewana przez sitko czaj. Powoli, starannie i bez pośpiechu. Uwaga! Wypicie jednej miseczki nie wystarczy 😉 Gospodyni z pewnością powie Wam: „pijcie czaj, pijcie”, co zdecydowanie trzeba uczynić. Oprócz herbaty na stole znajdowała się jeszcze własnej roboty śmietana, masło, powidła malinowe, chleb oraz pyszna zupa. Takie dobre i naturalne jedzenie robione samemu!

This was our first meeting at home with Kazakh food and tales about the country. The evening was perfect for us! Our bowls were not empty for a while, and we admired the ritual associated with pouring tea. In Poland, this is a short act we do not think about, but here it is different. The milk spoon covered the bottom of the bowl, and later it was poured over it by a sieve. Slowly, carefully and without haste. carefully! Drinking a single bowl is not enough;) The host will tell you, „Drink, drink,” which is definitely something to do. Apart from the tea on the table, there was still some homemade cream, butter, raspberry jam, bread and delicious soup.
