When leaving from Superior we were surprised by the closed road due to the water flowing down from the mountains, but we managed. 💪 On the route, the weekend traffic of cars flitting in both directions, for the marvelous views. 🤩 Just before entering the Apache Trail again closed road, this time we had to put the bikes over the fence. We visited the western town on the way. 🤠 In the evening we arrived at a camping site located on the charming Canyon Lake. ⛺

February 25th – Apache Trail – Canyon Lake – Apache Lake 30km,730m elevations

The beautiful route 🏞, beautiful views, more beautiful at every bend, the next passage through the ‘wash’ on the road did not impress us anymore. Our first route leading along a gravel road. Overnight over Apache Lake with a beautiful view from the “window”. 😍
